Our story

1988
WebGerencial, formerly CGV, was born from the need to optimize as early as 1988, a commission calculation and sales projection task for Tops Cosmetics Industry, which was done in a paper notebook, for something more automatic and error free.
1989
Only one year after its creation, the need from other businessmen brought us the first customer, who among the dizzying Brazilian inflation in that period, needed a solution for price updating and product listings.
1996
We started our activities abroad by automating the metrics of the Milo Tennis Cup players. The organizers wanted to know the stats of each player and based on this data indicate who would be the favorite of the next match.
2000
We arrived in the U.S. taking our solutions business model to Uncle Sam. In our first U.S. client, we created a POS solution for a Travel Agency in Connecticut, thus also entering a new type of business, the retail market.
2002
For a business solution as complete as we have in Brazil, we began to issue Customer Invoices to our clients in the US market, in compliance with local accounting rules. Since then, our software began to compete with the local players.
2009
Always updating our business, the new name, WebGerencial, which could be pronounced in our 3 international markets, came from the new form of cloud service that generated our new slogan, Your Company Where You Are.
2014
With the popularization of mobile apps, we have added this functionality to our system. Our customers' sales force team can, from anywhere with a mobile phone, place orders that fall directly into their back office.
2019
Serving the US retail market for about two decades, we took advantage of the NFC-e modernization in Brazil and started to operate our retail / POS system overseas, for faster, more efficient and safer processing.
